VOLUNTEERING IS A BIG PART OF IRB LITTLE LEAGUE   IRB Little League is successful because the community supports our players and our purpose. 

Everyone involved with IRB Little League– from the Board of Directors to the coaches to the cashiers in concessions– are volunteers, giving their time and talent to ensure our players and parents have the best possible experience. We rely heavily on our volunteers and welcome additional volunteers all year long.

High School students are also welcome to volunteer at the league to earn their volunteer hours for Bright Futures.

Join our team of hardworking, fun-loving volunteers today. Make sure to fill out the volunteer form when you register your player. 

Listed below are the volunteers needed to successfully operate the league:

COACHING & TEAM STAFF

Team Manager (head coach)
Assistant Coaches (for practices and games)

Scorekeepers (AAA and above)
Concessions (it's air conditioned and has the best seat in the house right behind home plate!)

Training will be provided.
